Federal
HHS said October 14 that it sent final information requests to major medical organizations, including WPATH, the AMA and the Endocrine Society. The demand increases federal pressure on organizations shaping transgender healthcare. The release does not establish that recipients changed their guidance or that these letters themselves impose a new legal restriction.
